HUMAN RESOURCES MANAAGER

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping and supporting a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with Labor regulations, and implementing effective HR strategies aligned with our organizational goals.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of staff.
* Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies.
* Manage employee relations and provide support on HR-related matters.
* Oversee performance management and staff development initiatives.
* Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures professionally and fairly.
* Oversee payroll.
* Maintain HR records and ensure accurate reporting.
* Advise management on HR trends, best practices, and legal updates.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar HR management role.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

ADDED ADVANTAGES:

* Postgraduate HR qualification or Labour Law certification.
* Experience working on PaySpace Payroll and Binary City Time Systems.
