NAFAU Investment (Pty) Ltd (“NIC”), a wholly owned investment entity of the NAFAU Workers Trust, is seeking a visionary and strategic corporate leader to serve as its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
The CEO will be responsible for driving the company’s growth, ensuring sustainable shareholder value, and leading NIC’s strategic direction. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, oversee business operations, and ensure alignment with NIC’s vision and mission.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelor’s degree in Investment Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience at a management level.
* Relevant professional certification in investment or financial management.
* Strong leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
