STORE ASSISTANT

VACANCY 

Are you energetic, reliable, and passionate about customer service? We’re looking for a Permanent Store Assistant to join our team as soon as possible!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional sales and after-sales service

• Handle card transactions via Point-of-Sale devices

• Manage stock control, including weekly stock takes

• Open and close the cash register

• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness in-store

• Assist with store displays and pricing items

• Apply security tags and manage product presentation

• Process sales, exchanges, returns, and lay-bys on the store system

• Use basic computer programs (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate (minimum 23 points)

• Retail experience is an advantage

• Must be trustworthy, reliable, and a fast learner

• Strong sales ability and a professional attitude

• Punctual, timely, and well-organized
