CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – KNEUMAYER

VACANCY

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

• SACPCMP registration (advantageous).

• Familiarity with contract management tools (e.g., NEC, FIDIC).

• 10+ years of experience in Civil and SMPP construction.

• Proven leadership of 1000+ site employees.

• Strong technical and operational planning background.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day construction activities.

• Coordinate teams across disciplines and ensure milestones are met.

• Oversee site productivity, safety and quality performance.

• Report to senior management and maintain client liaison.
