SALES REPRESENTATIVE – FMCG

The Role

The position reports directly to the Sales Operations Manager and is required to represent our Brands to our customer base, in accordance with a set call schedule. Ensuring that the merchandising flows are maintained; that inventories are well managed; and that stock is replenished timeously. The Sales Rep also ensures that promotional activities in the trade are executed in accordance with brand plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing.

• Valid Drivers License (must have own vehicle)

• Experience in FMCG Sales.

• Must be a Namibian citizen

• Computer literate & proficient with mobile tech.

• Strong customer service orientation

• Excellent negotiation skills

• Well developed time management skills
