Job Specification:

Degree in Sales & Marketing or Project Management will be an advantage
-
Minimum 10 years retail sales and merchandising experience within a FMCG of which 5 years should be in a leading role
-
Experience in new store openings and various merchandising equipment and fittings

Excellent analytical as well as written and oral communication skills in English and Afrikaans are essential
-
Computer knowledge and skills are essential
-
Exceptional organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills
-
Must be a Namibian citizen
-
Valid driver’s license
