LUBRICATION, BOILERMAKER & SPRAY JOBS SUPERVISOR – LEWCOR GROUP

VACANCY 

We are offering a full-time position to an experienced and dedicated person to join our team. The position is based in ORANJEMUND.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12/Technical equivalent.

• Recognised Trade Diploma in relevant field at N3 Level and Red seal.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• 5 years supervisory experience in a similar environment.

• Extensive knowledge in grease systems, welding, and bucket repairs.

• Advanced computer literacy (MS Excel).

• Valid Code 08 driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee lubrication systems, spray paint and boilermaker functions.

• Schedule maintenance, inspections, repairs, and equipment servicing.

• Rebuild engines, transmissions, and other components following manufacturer specifications.

• Manage stock levels, tools, and performance targets.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and quality (HSEQ) standards.
