We are looking for a results-driven Branch Managers to lead our operations, drive business growth, and ensure high standards of customer service and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of microlending services.

• Develop and implement branch sales strategies to grow the loan book and achieve performance targets.

• Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain operational discipline.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and the Micro Lending Act.

• Assess and approve loan applications within delegated authority, ensuring sound credit decisions.

• Monitor loan portfolio performance and implement recovery strategies for delinquent accounts.

• Prepare and submit regular performance and compliance reports to Head Office.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and promote the brand in the local community.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Grade 12 Pass – Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in microlending, banking, or financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

• Strong understanding of credit assessment, loan recovery, and compliance regulations.

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• High level of integrity and professionalism.

• Computer literate (MS Office, Loan Management Systems).
