Key Requirements

• Grade 12 or technical equivalent.
• Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety related instructions and procedures given in English.
• At least 2 Years experience in open pit mine.
• Operator Competency Certificate (original).
• Namibian ID.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Validlical of Conduct. (not older than 6 months)
• Contactable References.
• Own accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate articulated dump trucks (ADTs) for transporting materials within the mining site.
• Perform daily vehicle checks, including fluid levels, tire pressure, and brake systems.
• Safely load and unload materials while ensuring proper weight distribution.
• Maintain constant communication with supervisors and other operators.
• Log daily work activities and material movements accurately.
