VACANCY
The Roads Authority (RA), established under Section 2 of the Roads Authority Act, Act No. 17 of 1999, became fully operational on 1 April 2000. It is responsible for managing the national road network to ensure a safe and efficient road sector. The RA, an equal opportunity employer, is inviting qualified individuals for the position of Marketing and Branding Officer within the Corporate Communication section of the Office of the CEO, Patterson Job Grade C4, based in Windhoek.
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Corporate Communication Sub-division in enhancing the visibility of the organization and its services by executing effective marketing campaigns to increase revenue from NATIS services and promote the organization’s service offering.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field (NQF level 7) and have a minimum of three years’ experience in a marketing, branding, or corporate communications environment. A Code B/8 Driving License is also required.

Developing and implementing marketing and branding strategies.

Coordinating campaigns to enhance brand awareness.

Managing the organization’s brand identity across all platforms.

Planning and overseeing marketing events.

Facilitating the creation of marketing materials.

Monitoring market trends to improve the Roads Authority’s visibility and public image.
