As the Administrator: Office, you will lead and coordinate daily administrative activities to ensure seamless shop operations. Your role will support customer service excellence, sales performance, and brand representation — acting as a key link between the factory and the customer, while enhancing the business’s reputation and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage internal and external sales communications

Order and manage office equipment and stationery

Provide basic IT support for sales tools (cell phones, laptops, tablets)

Administer and maintain field sales tools (e.g., Skynamo)

Maintain accurate customer data and sales records

Generate standard and ad hoc sales reports

Ensure correct staff allocation within SAP
-
Maintain master data in line with company standards
-
Support the Sales Operations Manager and department as needed
Qualifications & Preferred Traits:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales Administration (preferably in FMCG)

Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
-
Proficient in computer use (experience with SAP is an advantage)
