We are a small but dynamic construction and renovations company seeking a reliable and experienced manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage construction and renovation projects from inception to completion.

•Supervise and coordinate a team of construction employees.

•Ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, and on budget.

•Enforce strict adherence to Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) regulations.

•Conduct quality control checks.

•Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

•Maintain project records and provide accurate cost estimates to clients.

Minimum Requirements:

•Proven experience in construction or renovations (supervisory experience preferred).

•Strong knowledge of SHE practices.

•Fluent in English (Afrikaans is an advantage).

•Familiarity with Pastel Sage software is a plus.

•Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

•Must have own reliable transport.

•Resident of Oranjemund or willing to relocate.

•Physically fit and willing to work on-site.
