The Namibia Airports Company is a wholly State-owned company established in terms of the NAC Act (Act no. 25 of 1998) and governed by the Public Enterprises Governance Act (Act no.1 of 2019) and Companies Act (Act no.28 of 2004), to undertake the operations, management, and control of certain aerodromes in Namibia, and to provide for incidental matters.

Duty Stations

•Hosea Kutako International Airport

•Eros Airport

Primary Purpose

Provide IT first line support to users and handling of hardware and software glitches as reported by individuals or assigned by helpdesk and or delegated by the Supervisor.

Field of Experience

•Information and Communication Technology

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

•Bachelor’s Degree (NQF level 7) in Information Technology or any relevant field with 2 years of experience

•A Diploma on NQF Level 6 in Information Technology or any other relevant field with at least 4 years of experience.

Requirements

•Valid Code B Driver’s License

•Valid Certificate of Conduct

Added Advantage

•CCNA Certification

•N+ and A+

•Valid Drivers’ Licence

•Technology Administration

Competencies / Skills

•Broad knowledge of information technology processing systems

•Knowledge of computer networks and network installation
