Key Responsibilities:

– Managing customer remittances and records
– Capturing invoices on Pastel
– Timely delivery of invoices and statements
– Following up on outstanding payments and debt collection

Qualifications & Experience:

– Diploma (NQA Level 6) in Accounting and Finance or equivalent
– Two years of relevant experience in revenue, billing, and debt collection
– Code BE Driver’s License

Skills & Competencies:

– Strong command of English and local languages
– Proficiency in finance, accounting, and Pastel Accounting software
– Self-motivation, trustworthiness, and ability to work under pressure
– Computer literacy and deadline management
