JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and enforce quality standards and procedures to ensure that products and services meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectation.
• Oversee inspections, testing, and audits to ensure compliance with quality regulations.
• Review and approve final product quality, making adjustments as necessary to meet customer specifications.
• Lead and manage quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous enhancement in product and service quality.
• Supervise and mentor the quality control team, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring the team’s continuous development.
• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team members are up-to- date with the latest quality control techniques, tools, and regulations. • Continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes to increase efficiency, minimize defects, and enhance overall product quality.
• Manage internal and external audits, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented based on audit findings.
• Ensure that customer complaints regarding product quality are addressed and resolved promptly.
• Oversee the quality control processes for incoming materials and supplies, ensuring that external suppliers meet quality standards. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues and ensure the consistency of raw materials or components.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical or any related field. 7+ years of experience inquality management or quality control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
