JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction activities from project inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets. Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
• Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and other engineers to develop detailed construction plans.
• Conduct site assessments and risk evaluations to ensure designs are practical and safe.
• Supervise site inspections and work to maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process.

Ensure the proper allocation and utilization of resources on-site. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other external parties

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience in construction management engineering is often required
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
• 8+ of working experience in construction engineering
