TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST – WORKPAY

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and services, connecting the headquarters with overseas regions.
2. Follow up on business opportunities, assist in pre­sales project implementation, and collaborate with local teams to meet KPIs.
3. Lead productaccesscompliance management in your assigned region.
4. Conduct product training, explore customer needs and challenges, and work with sales staff to complete distributor product training.
5. Manage products and coordinate with R&D and marketing departments to release overseas products and related documentation.
6. Collaborate with the local sales team to provide necessary support.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, or Communication.
2. Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
3. Over2years of technical support experience, preferably in the security industry with knowledge of network technology.
4. Strong communication, service orientation, and documentation skills. Detail-oriented and able to handle challenging tasks.
5. Willingness to travel frequently to overseas regions.
