JOB PURPOSE

To manage the sourcing and acquisition of goods and servies in a way that optimizes costs, ensures quality, and atgns with the organization’s stratège goals. To supervise and coordinate the rote and activities of Property Management and to ensure the effective and efficient supply chan and management ot NEPC assets/properb«.

• Head the Procurement Management Unit
• Assets and Property management
• Soarity management
• Staff management

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Ba-^elcr’s degree (NQA Levee 7] in Procurement or Logistic. Finance and Asset Management or equivalent.
• Three (3> years relevant working experience
• Code 08 (Tver’s license

COMPETENCY/SKILLS

• Good command of the English language and any other local language
• Setf-motivated and atvoty to wotk underpressure
• Computer literacy
• Negotiation skits
