Plant Tissue Culture Specialist with a proven track record in
production planning, lab setup, quality control, and R&D.

Requirements:

Tech/M.Sc. in Biotechnology or related field
10+ years of experience in tissue culture
Expertise in protocol development, staff training, and operational optimization
International work experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:

Design protocols for new crops and lab workflows
Manage laboratory, hardening and acclimatization activities
Oversee production targets and quality control
