MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Grade 12 plus National Diploma NQF: Level 6 in Accounting. Bachelor Degree will be added as an advantage.
• 3 years appropriate experience and 2-year supervisory experience
• Finance in Accounting & Finance / Business Administrator with Accountant as a major subject.
• Practical working knowledge and understanding International Public Sector Accounting Standard (IPSAS)
• Sound Knowledge of the public Sector Procurement Act. 2015 (Act no 15 of 2015)
• Sound Knowledge of the Finstel Financial Systems
• Management and financial accounting skills, analytical skills, planning and organisational skills, computer literacy, customer s oriented, time management, self -starting initiative
• Be a Namibian citizen
