As a well-established truck spare parts business, we are looking for an administrative team member.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL INCLUDE:
Assisting with general administrative duties, such as capturing spare parts onto the ERP system
Do analysis and reports on Microsoft Excel as required by management Program and write excel workbooks to enhance company systems
Perform general chocks on stock received and dispatched to ensure all captured correctly
Managing and keeping the ERP system working optimally Creating parts catalogues including photos
Any other administrative functions required in the warehouse
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT SHOULD PROVE THE FOLLOWING MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
English and Afrikaans literacy
Minimum of 3 years working as an administrative assistant or working on Microsoft office systems
Good Computer literacy
Very good Microsoft Excel skills
Minimum I years’ experience with software development
Drivers license code B
THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE WILL BE ADVANTAGEOUS IN YOUR APPLICATION:
Having worked on Acumatica ERP system
Experience working with Power BI
Any Microsoft software development experience
Any accounting experience or tertiary education
Warehouse, or truck parts experience
