MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

-15 years’ experience in the installation of water pumps.

-20 years’ experience of drilling of boreholes.

-Must have completed a Drill Operator Course.

-Must be able to operate and maintain a slurry pump.

COMPETENCYREQUIREMENTS

Must be highly organized and able to delegate tasks efficiently.

Must possess excellent leader- ship skills.

Must possess a high level of work ethic.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The employee shall supervise and oversee all operations including the management of about 60 employees.

-The employee shall supervise and oversee the drilling of various borehole sites across Namibia.

-The employee shall oversee the day to day running of the business
