BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in the Namibian construction industry Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office

Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

Preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects

Managing project costs, budgets, and cash flow

Conducting cost analysis and value engineering

Preparing and reviewing contracts, tender documents, and variation orders • Monitoring project progress and controlling costs

Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers
