Supervise and coordinate daily earthworks operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in earthworks, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in roads or building construction.
Knowledge of earth-moving equipment and construction methods. Strong leadership and communication skills.

Valid driver’s license (Code B or higher).
