DEVELOPMENT AND FINANCE MANAGER

Vacancy

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.

At least 5 years of experience in finance and development management or development finance sector.

Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting. forecasting, financial reporting, and auditing.

Proven experience in project management and fundraising, with a track record of securing funding for development projects.

Familiarity with Namibian tax laws, financial regulations, and government funding mechanisms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., SAP, SAGE) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
