Grade 12, with 20 points in 6 subjects, minimum E symbols in English

Trade Diploma (Level 3 /N3) either Plumbing/bricks laying & plastering

4 years relevant work experience in technical services

2 years supervisory experience

Code C Driving Licenses

Be a Namibian Citizen

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

NB: Candidates with foreign qualifications must attached proof of evaluation of such Qualification from Namibia Qualification Authority (NQA)

Maintain rapid intervention vehicle & equipment

Training and Development

Emergency respond and Preparedness Incidents reporting

Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)50% Office Bound: 50% inspecting, coordination, supervision and management Innovativeness, decisiveness, flexibility, planning, organizing skills, and ability to develop and empowers others.

Sound knowledge of Local Authority Act.

Good communication skills, ability to solve complex plumbing/mechanical related problems, ability to work under pressure, physical ability, ability to work independently. computer literacy.
