An excellent opportunity exists for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our company. Achill Island Investments Pty Ltd, a large table grape farming operation, is situated 50 km from the South Africa and Namibia Border Post in Aussenkehr, Namibia.

Production Manager Responsibilities:

-Assist the Managing Director in all aspects of their responsibilities at an operational level on the farm. Oversight of production team which includes a large labour force of both seasonal and permanent employees. -Oversight of all technical matters related to the production of grapes including nutrition programs, disease and pest control, packing protocols, etc.

Qualifications and requirements:

-Suitable qualifications with at least 10 years’ experience in table grape production

-Be a good communicator, able to work under pressure, computer literate and willing to work abnormal hours as and when required Intimate knowledge and experience of growing SNFL, Arra and IFG varieties
