GRADER OPERATOR – ONGOPOLO MINING LIMITED

ONGOPOLO MINING LIMITED is a mining, development, and exploration company specializing in copper mining in Namibia. The company is seeking suitably qualified candidates for various positions available at its Central Operations (Otjihase/ Matchless Mines), located 35 km outside Windhoek. With plans to restart operations, the company aims to fill positions in the Engineering Department at its Central Operations.

ROLE PURPOSE: Reporting to the Foreman, the Grader Operator will safely operate mobile equipment to ensure efficient production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate mobile equipment safely.

Perform inspections and identify hazards.

• Assist with mechanical maintenance tasks.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 10 with an E in English.

Certified training in Grader Operation.

• Minimum of 2 years experience.

Underground mining experience is an advantage Code C driver’s license.
