Qualifications, Skills, Competencies, and Experience Requirements:

M.D Degree

5 years of residency training in General Surgery.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Surgeon. Valid license to practice the profession, must be

registered with HPCNA. Namibian citizen or eligible to work within Namibia. Fantastic manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and visuospatial awareness

Superb organizational and time management skills. Emotionally resilient with the ability to make patients feel at ease.
