STEMMATOLOGIST – Raphael Recovery Clinic

St. Raphael Recovery Clinic is situated in Walvis Bay
serving the community since 2017. We are situated
in on Industrial Area. An exciting opportunity exists for
an ILS practitioner. Duties would include taking care of
long-term patient, feeding, bathing of patient be able
to do IV cannulation, administration of daily medication
and following of ILS Protocol. Candidate also needs to
be stoma trained by an Stemmatologist and catheter
placement.

It would also be expected of successful candidate to turn
patient hourly whenever patient is in bed, especially at
night. Patient needs to be taken to therapy and fetched
from therapy every day. Punctuality is a must.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST MEET THE
FOLLOWING CRITERIA.

1. Minimum 2 years medical experience is essential.
2. Home Care Based Certificate would be on advantage.
3. Current registration with the HPCNA
4. Valid Driver’s License
5. Fluent in Afrikaans and English
6. Professional, clear and well-spoken with willingness to Iearn.
7. Ability to work calmly under pressure.
8. Be reliable, have a positive attitude, with contactable references.
9. Be punctual with meeting appointments and taking patients to therapy.
10. Must be available to start immediately.
