The Game Products Trust Fund (GPTF) Is inviting applications from qualified and experienced mdrviduals (Namibian nationals) to apply for the position of Driver/Messenger. These includes providing reliable transportation for staff to various events, adhering to driving laws, and performing fleet management tasks such as vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and documentation management. The Driver/Messenger also handles deliveries and coordinates the loading and unloading of items, supporting the organization’s logistical needs and contributing to the overall operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transport staff to meetings, official functions, field trips, airport and any other places for official purposes.
• Ensure and maintain vehicle roadworthiness by timely renewing vehicle annual licenses.
• Maintenance and regular update of the vehicle log sheet summaries.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and timely report any faults.
• Ensure the cleanliness of vehicles.
• Perform routine non technical maintenance of vehicles such as the replacement of wiper bladesand fused light bulbs.
• Facilitate the process of registering vehicles with NATIS when required
• Delivery of postal mails, packages documents and any other messages as officially communicate
• Coordinate the loading and off-loading of goods and any other items designated for the office from vehicle
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

•  Grade 12 Certificate. Valid Driving License. Valid PDP
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in Corporate Driving
• Experience in off-road and remote drying

• Defensive Driving Training will be added advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Time Management skills
• Fluent m English
