Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee road and bridge construction projects.
- Manage project bidding and operations.
- Communicate effectively with Chinese partners in Mandarin.
Requirements:
- BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 10+ years in road construction, project bidding, and management. Experience in Southern and Western African construction markets. Proficient in PRIMAVERA P6 and engineering contracts (COLTO, FIDIC).
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
