Windhoek, Namibia specializes in larger scale projects ranging from road and bridge construction, water and sewer services, residential, commercial, industrial buildings and infrastructure development.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Advising on questions and issues related to gender, sex and sexuality
• Educating or training others within an organization
• Establishing policies and procedures for gender acceptance: Sexual exploitation abuse, Gender Based Violence and Violence against Children
• Coordinating gender and power analyses to identify improvement areas
• Guiding clients through issues like gender dysphoria, nonconformity and transphobia

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology
• +5 Years experience in infrastructure projects
