Key Performance Areas:

• Dispensing of Medication to Patients, Wards and Theatre
• Maintaining of high professional and Ethical Standards in accordance with GPP
• Liaise with Nursing staff and Doctors
• Clinical Pharmacy – ward rounds
• Participate in stock take and cycle counts
• Perform on-call, weekend and public holiday duties as per duty roster
• Ensure that security and quality procedures are adhered to at all times
• Assist in the management of dead stock in the pharmacy and Hospital
• Receiving and storage of ethical and surgical stock items.
• Procurement of stock
• Receiving and storage of ethical and surgical stock items

Qualifications, Skills,
Competencies and Experience
requirements:

• Appropriate Qualification as a Pharmacist
• Minimum of years’experience post-registration with HPCNA
• Registered with the Health

Professions Councils of Namibia.

• Experience and Knowledge of the TRIFOUR system will be a great advantage
• In-depth knowledge of Namibian regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical products.
• Namibian Citizen or eligible to work in Namibia.
