VACANCY
DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of the job is to provide reception and administration duties to Retirement Fund of Local Authorities and Utility Services in Namibia (RFLAUN).
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Perform Reception Duties
- Perform Administration Duties
- Provide Refreshment and Kitchen
Management
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
Receptionist Diploma / Diploma in Secretarial and Administration/ Diploma in Office Management
EXPERIENCE:
Three (3) years relevant practical experience as a Receptionist.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
Customer orientation focus, verbal communication, good command of English language, friendly and patient, neat on self and presentable, professional conduct at all times, flexibility, attention to detail, problemsolving abilities, planning, organisation and administration skills.
LEGAL REQUIREMENT: Namibian Citizen.
