Salary Scale: N$ 117.176.18 – N$ 124.497.23 pa
Housing Allowance: 20% of Basic Salary (if not owning a house)
Housing Subsidy: 40% of Basic Salary (if owning a housing bond)
Council Pension Contribution: 21.7% of Basic Salary (Pm)
Council Medical Aid Contribution: Bonus: 85%

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION
To Perform land-use and property administration support functions related to township establishments, re-zonings, subdivisions, informal settlements upgrading, land compensations, land disputes, leaseholds and alienation of immovable properties -including housing (schemes).

Advertisement Minimum Requirements
⦁ A 3 years National Diploma in Property Studies. Land Administration / Land use Planning / Town and Regional Planning at NQA level 6.
⦁ 1 year appropriate working experience in the field of Property. Land Administration / Land use Planning / Town and Regional Planning in Local Authorities or Real Estate.
⦁ No criminal record ( proof to be attached)
⦁ Computer literate
Additional requirements
⦁ Preference will be given to candidates with Basic Skill of Auto CAD and or GIS Good communication and interpersonal skills. Hardworking. Multi-lingual.
⦁ Valid Code B driving license
