We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced.

The Manufacturing Head for African Deli Pty LTD is responsible for the day- to-day operational management of the FMCG Agro-processing-Canning plant which includes the management of the Sales and Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Productivity, Product Quality, Product Development, Optimal efficient Production and Compliance. In additiontoguidingtheemployees for optimal effectiveness and adherence to strategic direction, company goals and targets. Successful candidates report to the directors and shareholders of the company.

Minimum Requirements…
The suitable candidate will be expected to meet the following minimum requirements.
⦁ Hon Degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering
(or equivalent).
⦁ Master’s in business related field will be an added advantage.
⦁ Lean Six Sigma, Project Management
⦁ Minimum 10-years manufacturing engineering experience within a high-volume food manufacturing environment.
⦁ Intensive Knowledge and experience Pouch Food Processing and product development is a prerequisite.
⦁ Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS18001,FSC 22000.
⦁ Proven track record of successful design, development and implementation of projects pertaining to the development of products, installations of new machinery, optimization of plant efficiencies, cost efficiencies, cash flowmanagement, Budget planning, Strategic Management.
⦁ Fully proficient in MS Windows and SAP, SAGE Evolution, Advanced Excel required.
⦁ Working knowledge of 5S, Six Sigma, TPM, Lean manufacturing Systems or VSM will be a distinct advantage.
⦁ Exposure to Performance management and,
Regional Markets knowledge, communications systems.
⦁ Experience in International procurement and Logistics.
And will further be expected to demonstrate the following key competencies.

⦁ Disciplined with well-developed behavior towards positive people engagement and teamwork.
⦁ Excellent planning, organizational and execution skills.
⦁ Analytical with strong aptitude for process models and mathematical calculations
