Based: North near Grootfontein
You will be responsible for the following duties:
Cooking and preparing high-quality dishes
Menu development
Ensuring food quality and standards
Determining food inventory needs
Plan, forecast, and execution of food and orders
Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work
Skills/Requirements:
Must have minimum 2 years’ experience (previous employment in Lodge environment of advantage)
Competent level of English spoken
Clean disciplinary record
Culinary qualification from a recognized
Salary negotiable / depending on qualifications
