Manage day to day interactions with the Corporate Quality Systems team to generate metrics and identify trends and needs to escalate actions
Function as a primary point of contact for site quality systems such as Maximo, DocSpace and TrackWise to enable users to add, modify and delete records and run relevant reports and dash boards to enable the site to run in a quality compliant mode
Ensures the integrity, consistency and continuous performance of management tools
To provide 2nd line support to the Support Engineers
To respond to requests from the Broadcast Engineering management team
To utilise the specific specialist knowledge in systems design changes when needed
To continually assess and recommend improvements within the specialist area
To provide reports to the Director of Broadcast Engineering when requested
Work with the on-site team to ensure a seamless, coordinated approach to client support at all levels
Monitor and update ITSM tools and processes
