DESCRIPTION

Namibia Fish Consumption Promotion Trust (NFCPT) is looking for a dynamic leader, team player, and self-motivated individual to fill the positions of Creditors and Debtors Clerk at the Head Office, Walvis Bay. The candidates must be self-managed and result-driven, with the ability to operate under pressure.

1 X CREDITORS CLERK

Purpose of the job:
The primary purpose of these two positions is to ensure that accounts payable and accounts receivable are up-to-date and that follow-ups are made to ensure timely settlement of accounts.

Key Performance Areas – Creditors clerk – B3
– Provides order and payment processing services
Prepare creditor’s accounts and reconciliations
– Maintains financial records, information, and statistics
– Prepares creditor’s payments, control, and bank reconciliation
– Provides accounting/administrative support services
– Manages the petty cash
