Minimum Requirements:
• A 3 year Diploma in Property / Land Management / Land Surveying / Estate management
• 3 Years of relevant experience, which are directly related to the responsibilities specified.

Key performance Areas:
• Directs collection of monthly assessments rental fees and deposits payment of insurance premiums mortgages taxes and incurred operating expenses of the council’s properties.
• Negotiates the sale.Lease or development of properties and completes or review appropriate documents and forms of the Council’s properties.
• Cadastral surveys.consolidation and land demarcation.
• Mantains records, reports and files.
• Prepare contract documents.
• Prepare rental or lease agreements.
• Town land administration.
• Administration of the Build Together Programme.

SALARY PACKAGE/ BENEFIT:
Basic Salary N$ 134125 pa. Housing Allowance 20% and 40% Subsidy of Basic Salary. 85% Medical Aid. 21.7% Pension. Transport Allowance NS 7704.00 pa.
