Job Purpose To provide reception services and protocol to the Office of the Commissioner
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
Degree (NQF 6) in Office Management / Office Administration, or related field.
Minimum Experience:
Three (3) years relevant experience in
providing professional reception/secretarial services.
Professional Registration: A valid Driver’s License

Key Performance Areas
Reception / Administrative Support to Office of the Commissioner:
• Receiving and greet visitors and helping visitors navigate to the relevant offices.
• Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls.
• Sorting and distribution of incoming mail.
• Supply the office with refreshments.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
General Office Administration:
• Perform clerical reception desk tasks, such as filling, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
• Recording all incoming mail/correspondence / written inquiries.
• Respond on relevant written and verbal enquiries.
• Follow-up on correspondence and enquiries.
