BW Energy Kudu Gas, situated in the northern Orange sub-basin off Namibia’s southwest coast, holds a significant gas discovery in Petroleum Production License 003. Acquiring a 95% interest through a Farm-up agreement with NAMCOR, BW Energy is advancing a cost-effective gas-to- power project using a repurposed semi-submersible drilling rig, aiming to provide competitive power to the growing African market while minimizing environmental impact.
