Position: Senior Manager: Fleet Control
Duration: 6 (six) months contract
Business Unit: Plant Hire
Duty Station: Head Office, Windhoek

Position Description
To provide management functions to guarantee effective and efficient provision policies, systems, practices and procedures to achieve reliability, availability targets and contribute in the civil engineering infrastructure, project productivity, quality and profitability.

Job Requirements
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 7 years appropriate experience of which 5 years should have been in a managerial position.
• Proven experience (7 years) in fleet management, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, maintenance, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
