– Training Administrator
Division: Training & Organisation Development
Department: Human Resources
Office: Windhoek
Primary purpose of position
To perform all assigned administrative tasks related to NamPost training and
organisational development.
Main Responsibilities
• Training records and statistics,
• Coordination of internal and external training workshops,
• Administration of bursaries and study loans,
• Office administration, and
• Secretarial duties
Educational and experience requirements
A Grade 12 with 2 (two) years relevant administrative experience.
Skills and Knowledge requirements
▪ Basic knowledge of Labour Act,
▪ Ability to work independently,
▪ Computer Literacy,
▪ Accuracy,
▪ Strong administrative skills,
▪ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
▪ Ability to keep information confidential,
▪ Proficient in written and spoken English, and
▪ Computer Literate
Personality requirements
▪ Customer Orientated,
▪ Friendly,
▪ Helpful,
▪ Honest Reliable, and
▪ Punctual.
