OFFICER: TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER – City Of Windhoek

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Provide operational and technical ICT support to CoW Users and Councilors to operate effectively and efficiently.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Corporate Desktop hardware, software and peripheral infrastructure.

Maintain and support Corporate Desktop hardware, software and peripheral.

Desktop and peripheral security.

Asset and stock maintenance.

Documentation, research and development.

Audio visual equipment in all boardrooms and conferences centers.

Printer support and maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS:

Three (3) year National Diploma in Information and Communication Technology (Network and System Administration) with Three (3) years related ICT experience. Code B/BE driver’s license.
