Job Description
The VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) Engineer provides operational and end user support for the VDI environment and participates in the development and implementation of operational procedures and standards.

Key Performance Areas

Install and deploy corporate Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), software, servers and host.

Maintain and support Corporate Virtual Desktop, software servers and host.

Virtual desktop security.

Asset and stock maintenance.

Documentation, research and development.

Skills, Experience & Education

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field, Business Computing, Computer science, Data Science, with three (3) years experience in Business Intelligence/data analytics/data science. Code B/BE driver’s license. Pre-appointment training as an added advantage: Microsoft Powerball, Advanced MS excel, MSSQL Server Administration, MSSQL Server reporting services, MSSQL Server Business intelligence, MSSQL Analysis Server.
