VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
TELEMARKETING OFFICER
This position will be responsible for talking to potential customers on the phone to solicit donations. Duties include tracking customer contact lists, explaining the benefits of products and taking payment information. Keep detailed records of all calls and donor interactions, making notes of follow-up actions or future commitments from donors.
