Position:
Head: QB Operations and Digital Transformation
Purpose of Role:
Responsible for effective and efficient management of Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB)’s operations and digital transformation Journey to ensure superior customer service delivery in line with the Bank’s business strategy. Also responsible for providing effective management and leadership to the operations team, as well as drive QB’s Customer Value Proposition (CVP) by providing operational support to various segments within CIB, IBS, and International Operations.

• Financial Management
• Relationship Management
• Service Management and Support
• Management and optimisation of processes, systems, and functions I
• People Management and Leadership
Minimum Requirements:
Relevant business related tertiary qualification eg. BComm degree is a pre-requisite. A post graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience:
Approximately 5-10 years’ relevant banking experience of which at least 6 years in an operations environment. Experience in managing OB operations will be an added advantage.
