Supervises: Community Care Workers, CBIM focused CCWs, ES & Ehafo Letu specific CCWs, Male Champions, AfriYAN Volunteers (Community Mobilizers), and Peer Educators.
Minimum Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
Job Summary:
The Senior Site Coordinator is responsible for leading the implementation and coordination of PHN Reach Namibia Activity in the cluster (constituency) s/he is assigned. S/he plays a pivotal role in the execution of the comprehensive PHN Reach Namibia interventions, ensuring smooth operations, and driving positive outcomes for participants. S/he works closely with the PHN Reach Namibia multidisciplinary teams, government counterparts, program participants, and the community at large to achieve Reach results.
Major Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement detailed site level plan.
· Coordinate and monitor implementation of the site level plan.
· Work closely with the District Team Leader and other PHN Reach Namibia staff to avail the required logistic support.
· Ensure that all interventions are implemented in accordance with PHN Reach Namibia technical approach and guidelines.
· Lead community entry process.
· Foster strong collaboration with key stakeholders at cluster (constituency) level.
· Regularly attend and provide updates to Constituency AIDS Coordinating Committee (CACOC), Constituency level Child Care and Protection Forum (CCPF), Community Development Committee (CDC) and Parent Teacher Meeting.
· Strengthen site level referral linkage system.
· Develop and implement supervision and capacity building plan.
· Ensure all supervise have weekly implementation schedule.
· Conduct daily (virtual and/or in person) debrief session with each supervisee.
· Conduct weekly planning meeting with the cluster (constituency) level team.
· Foster a collaborative and productive team environment that promotes learning, growth, and a shared sense of purpose.
· Conduct regular performance assessments & provide feedback.
· Collaborate with the MEL Officer & Data Enter Clerks to implement site level CQI process.
· Submit weekly progress report.
· Any other responsibility assigned by the District Team Leader.
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in a health or social work-related fields.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development or related field.
· At least 1 year of experience in supervising and supporting community-based teams.
· Fluent in at least one of the local languages largely spoken in the district of choice.
· Valid driver license.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
